Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Policy Specialist for gTech Ads Customer Experience in Poland. You will leverage 8+ years in technical project management or customer-facing roles to influence policy and content strategies, aligning with business goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities include content development, partner insights, cross-functional planning, and risk mitigation, with flexible hours to accommodate customers globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
• Ability to work flexible, non-standard working hours in line with customer requirements.
• Experience using insights from data to influence business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support updating of existing solution content or create repeatable content and ensure documentation of repeatable solutions.
• Help generate partner insights and participate in business reviews with partners to formulate partner strategies.
• Manage project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation.
• Execute solutions, with occasional support from peers, based on user/partner/client business objectives and requirements.
• Assist in identifying trends of solution issues and collaborate with internal teams to mitigate risks in the future.
