• As a Senior PMO/Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution managing complex, multi-country programmes and projects. You will oversee project governance, ensure alignment with organizational standards, and support project managers in delivering initiatives efficiently and effectively. • Monitor programme and project performance across multiple regions to ensure delivery excellence
• Support project managers in planning, execution, and successful delivery of initiatives
• Apply PMO processes and project management best practices across projects
• Lead meetings and facilitate seamless communication among stakeholders
• Produce comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and dashboards
• Conduct risk and issue analyses, developing effective mitigation strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to promote collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within PMO processes
• Ensure compliance with established project management methodologies
• Provide analytical insights to strengthen programme governance and decision-making

• At least 5 years of experience in project or programme management within financial or multi-country projects
• Solid understanding of project lifecycle management and methodologies
