  • As a Senior PMO/Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a leading global financial institution managing complex, multi-country programmes and projects. You will oversee project governance, ensure alignment with organizational standards, and support project managers in delivering initiatives efficiently and effectively. Your role will be pivotal in coordinating cross-functional teams, driving performance monitoring, facilitating stakeholder decision-making, and implementing best practices within the PMO framework. responsibilities :
  • Monitor programme and project performance across multiple regions to ensure delivery excellence
  • Support project managers in planning, execution, and successful delivery of initiatives
  • Apply PMO processes and project management best practices across projects
  • Lead meetings and facilitate seamless communication among stakeholders
  • Produce comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and dashboards
  • Conduct risk and issue analyses, developing effective mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to promote collaboration and stakeholder engagement
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within PMO processes
  • Ensure compliance with established project management methodologies
  • Provide analytical insights to strengthen programme governance and decision-making
requirements-expected :
  • At least 5 years of experience in project or programme management within financial or multi-country projects
  • Solid understanding of project lifecycle management and methodologies
  • Experience managing complex, multi-regional initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of PMO processes and governance frameworks
