Job summary

Danone, SKYR project team in Poland, seeks a Senior Project Manager/PMO to drive governance, performance tracking, and capital planning for a 24‑month assignment. You will enable executive decision‑making with data, lead cross‑functional coordination, and advance digital PMO tools.

You will partner with Engineering, Plant Directors, Operations, and Sourcing to ensure project delivery, benefits realization, and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in capital program governance or engineering PMO in asset‑intensive industries.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong command of capex management and executive communication.
• Leadership, behavioral competencies, and enterprise‑minded influence.
• Structured, analytical, and disciplined approach; adept at navigating ambiguity.
• Expertise in project controls, capex budgeting, and risk management.
• Strong digital literacy with Power BI/Tableau and PPM tools.
• Ability to create executive‑ready reporting and run complex governance routines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project governance framework and maintain an enterprise‑level cockpit.
• Drive monthly and quarterly performance reviews with senior leadership.
• Translate performance data into executive insights for decisions.
• Prepare decision‑ready materials for investment committees.
• Manage the annual capital planning cycle and risk/interdependency analysis.
• Own and evolve the PMO toolkit; champion digital PM solutions and dashboards.
• Coach project teams and ensure readiness and benefits tracking.
