Frontiers Media SA in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join the Internal Developer Platform team. You will own capabilities end to end, ship golden paths, guardrails and automation, and work with platform product managers and cloud architects to turn strategy into executable features.

You will help evolve the IDP into an AI-augmented platform, enabling stream-aligned teams and AI agents to build software faster and safer at scale.

We are looking for aSenior Platform Engineer — Internal Developer Platformto help build and run that platformand the AI-First Delivery capabilities on top of it. This is the modern evolution of the DevOps Engineer role: you won't run a ticket queue — you'lltreat the platform as a product, own a capability area end to end, and ship thegolden paths, guardrails and automationthat let our Stream-Aligned Teams (and their agents) deliver faster and more safely. You'll work closely with ourPlatform Product ManagerandSenior Cloud Architect— turning platform strategy and prioritised needs into working capabilities.
