Job summary

Talan in Warsaw is seeking a Platform Engineer to join a founding team and help build the next generation of DevOps capabilities for industrial and rail clients. You will own CI/CD, IaC, automated testing, and production observability, collaborating with Product, Architecture, and Cyber teams.

This is a long-term, full-time engagement based in Warsaw, with an attendance model to the office. You will shape engineering standards and drive real production impact from day one.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in DevOps, platform or SRE engineering.
• CI/CD, IaC, automated testing and observability in production environments.
• Cloud platform operations and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, environments and release and rollback procedures.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps controls (secrets, identity, access).
• Set up automated test frameworks, AI evaluation frameworks and quality gates.
• Run logging, monitoring and observability, and support incident response.
• Define and roll out engineering standards for AI-assisted development.
