Job summary

Talan, a leading international consulting group, is building a Digital, Data & AI engineering team in Warsaw. You will join the founding team and work hands-on with product teams in France, contributing to production reliability and AI-assisted development.

The role focuses on setting up engineering foundations, CI/CD pipelines, IaC, testing and observability. You will be based in Warsaw with attendance at the local office and potential direct employment with the client.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in DevOps, platform or SRE engineering.
• Experience with CI/CD, IaC, automated testing and observability in production environments.
• Cloud platform operations and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, environments and release and rollback procedures.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps controls (secrets, identity, access).
• Set up automated test frameworks, AI evaluation frameworks and quality gates.
• Run logging, monitoring and observability, and support incident response.
• Define and roll out engineering standards for AI-assisted development.
