AgileEngine, a 100% remote company, seeks a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to own Google Ads for our US B2B client market. You’ll handle paid acquisition, analytics, testing, and AI-powered experiments while contributing to the sales pipeline and mentoring a PPC specialist.

You will collaborate with Content, SEO, Analytics, and Marketing Operations to scale campaigns and drive growth in Fortune 500 and high-growth brands.

Formación

• 4+ years of PPC / Performance Marketing experience.
• Strong hands-on Google Ads expertise.
• Experience with the US B2B market.
• Ability to manage campaigns independently with meaningful budgets.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable steps.
• Experience mentoring other marketers or interest in people management.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
• Ukrainian C2 level.

Responsabilidades

• Own performance marketing for our US B2B market to generate high-quality leads.
• Own and optimize Google Ads and other paid channels.
• Manage acquisition through Clutch, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
• Plan campaigns, budgets, targeting, testing, and optimization.
• Monitor performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline impact.
• Analyze the full B2B funnel from traffic to qualified opportunities and clients.
• Collaborate with GA4, CRM, dashboards, and data to identify growth opportunities.
• Build hypotheses, run experiments, and scale what works.
• Work with Content, SEO, Analytics and Marketing Operations.
• Explore AI-powered channels and advertising approaches.
