Job summary

Inetum Polska sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior IT Security Engineer specializing in Offensive Security to join the Information Security team.

The role focuses on penetration testing, security assessments, and infrastructure security audits across diverse environments. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Active Directory security, cloud and on-prem architectures, and red team operations. A hybrid work model is offered with three days in the office and two days remote, and

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in Information Security, Offensive Security, Penetration Testing, or Red Teaming.
• Hands-on experience conducting pentests against heterogeneous Enterprise Infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute penetration tests of internal and external infrastructures and web applications.
• Perform authentication, authorization, API, and business logic security assessments.
• Identify and document vulnerabilities per OWASP Top 10 and MITRE ATT&CK.
• Lead red team engagements and simulate realistic threat scenarios.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to remediate security gaps.
• Develop testing methodologies, playbooks, and automation scripts.
