Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Penetration Tester to lead end-to-end security testing across applications, infrastructure and cloud environments. You will drive scoping, deliver high-quality client reports, and provide actionable risk insights to stakeholders while mentoring junior testers.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration across international teams, and hands-on testing using modern application, cloud, and API security practices in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Recognized cybersecurity certifications (e.g. OSCP, OSWE or equivalent) and extensive hands-on penetration testing experience (approx. 6+ years)
• Strong client-focused mindset with ability to translate security findings into business risk and support decision making
• Proven leadership skills, including mentoring, influencing stakeholders, and guiding small delivery teams
• Advanced analytical thinking, adaptability, and active listening in complex, international environments
• Hands-on experience with modern application, cloud, and API testing, secure development, and DevSecOps practices

Your role

Senior Penetration Tester plays a key role in securing complex client environments by leading high-impact security testing activities and guiding small delivery teams. Within projects, the role drives end-to-end penetration testing, supports scoping, ensures high-quality reporting, and provides actionable risk insights to stakeholders. At company level, it strengthens cybersecurity expertise, influences delivery standards, and builds trusted client relationships through consistent, high-quality security outcomes across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
