You will leverage data analytics to track logistics metrics, propose improvements, and own end-to-end activities for assigned Partner portfolios, influencing how Allegro shapes modern logistics services.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in CEP/e‑commerce with a focus on First Mile.

Your main responsibilities:

Join our team as a Senior Logistics Specialist and play a key role in driving a strategic First Mile logistics project dedicated to key Partners and third-party carriers (3P).

We offer a unique, highly autonomous role combining business partnership with operational expertise in the CEP market. Your main goal will be to build strategic, long-term relationships with partners and carriers, continuously optimize shipment pickup processes, and drive operational efficiency across the organization.

Your main responsibilities:

Relationship Management & Business Advisory: Building strategic relationships with key Partners and third-party carriers (3P), ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and continuously enhancing cooperation quality.

Proactive Process Optimization: Analytical approach to Partner shipment volumes and profiles, recommending and implementing dedicated, optimal logistics solutions.

Advanced Data Analytics: Independently tracking and deeply analyzing logistics metrics using professional tools (familiarity with Looker, Tableau is welcome).

Quality Monitoring & Standardization: Efficiently managing operational and business requests, and monitoring key KPIs.

First Mile Innovations: Close cross-functional collaboration on designing and implementing innovative improvements in the courier industry.

Full Ownership: End-to-end accountability for assigned Partner portfolios and real impact on shaping modern logistics services.

This is the right job for you if:

Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the CEP / e-commerce industry (with a strong focus on the First Mile area) and expert knowledge of the courier services market and 3P carrier cooperation.

Stand out with analytical thinking and can draw precise conclusions from large datasets, translating them into actionable business recommendations.

Demonstrate strong relationship-building skills, ease in conducting B2B discussions, and a passion for building business partnerships.

Are proactive, responsible, and capable of independently setting priorities and managing their own work efficiently.
