Job summary

L.E.K. Consulting is seeking a Partner Learning & Development Senior Specialist in Wroclaw, Poland. This role focuses on the design and execution of learning and development programmes for senior executives at L.E.K. You will support the development of engaging learning experiences, manage logistics for peer learning sessions, and maintain strong relationships with Partners.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, over 5 years of relevant experience, and strong communication and organizational skills. This position offers opportunities to influence the learning journey across the firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of L&D, programme management, or related experience, ideally in a professional services environment.
• Experience designing and delivering learning programmes for senior or executive audiences.
• Exceptional organisational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end design and delivery of Partner learning journeys.
• Create and distribute newsletters to engage Partners on L&D offerings.
• Collaborate with the Content Design team and L&D colleagues.
