Reply in Katowice, Poland seeks an experienced PAM onboarding analyst to coordinate onboarding from initiation to closure, ensuring clear ownership and timely delivery.

You will gather data on services, accounts, tools and access patterns, and define onboarding solutions with engineers and SMEs, considering business needs, security requirements and CyberArk constraints. Lead technical design workshops and drive consensus on scope and implementation.

Competenze

• Experience in PAM business analysis or onboarding-focused role.
• Strong CyberArk background with onboarding requirements and integration considerations.
• Translate business needs into secure, technically feasible solutions.
• Experience defining access models based on least privilege principles.
• Ability to lead technical workshops and align stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Coordinate PAM onboardings from initiation to closure.
• Gather, structure, and validate information about services, accounts, tools, access patterns, dependencies, and use cases.
• Define onboarding solutions with engineers and SMEs, considering business needs, technical feasibility, security, and CyberArk constraints.
• Lead technical design workshops and align stakeholders on scope and implementation.
• Apply CyberArk knowledge to develop feasible and supportable solutions.
• Define safe structures, roles, and permissions based on least privilege.
• Ensure formal sign-off, evidence, and onboarding documentation are completed and retained.
