Job summary

Syroscape is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own client accounts end-to-end, from strategy through execution and ongoing communication.

You will manage Google Ads and Bing Ads primarily, with Meta and LinkedIn where relevant, lead calls, and translate performance data into clear updates.

This fully remote, full-time role requires US Eastern Time hours and a proven track record in B2B SaaS paid media, with independent ownership and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media in a multi-client agency environment.
• Solid B2B experience, ideally B2B SaaS, with longer sales cycles and lead gen.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads; Bing Ads a plus.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads.
• Comfort leading client calls and explaining performance and strategy.
• Direct ownership of client communication and self-managed task lists.
• Ability to own both strategy and execution for multiple accounts.
• Hands-on conversion tracking and attribution implementation (GTM, offline conversions).
• Daily use of AI tools to improve workflow.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to take ownership and work independently.
• Experience managing larger accounts (six figures/month) and smaller ones.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows or automations.
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads or other B2B channels.
• Proactive, accountable, focused on results, capable of strategic discussion with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy and execution for a focused set of client accounts.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads; Meta/LinkedIn where relevant.
• Lead client communication with regular calls, Slack updates, and reporting.
• Develop and adapt strategy based on performance data and client goals.
• Guide ad copy, messaging, and landing page direction with the Creative Strategist.
• Translate performance data into clear, actionable client updates.
• Act as backup coverage on large accounts alongside the senior US‑based lead.
• Use AI tools as a core part of campaign builds, research, and reporting.
• Bring an independent point of view, flag problems, propose solutions.
• Fully owning accounts with core overlap to ET hours.
