Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media, multi-client agency exposure.
• B2B SaaS experience is ideal; longer sales cycles understood.
• Strong Google Ads expertise; Bing Ads a plus; Meta/LinkedIn familiarity.
• Proven client-facing ownership and ability to explain results.
• Hands-on attribution tracking and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy and execution for a focused set of client accounts.
• Lead client communication with regular calls and reporting.
• Develop strategy adapting to performance data and client goals.
• Guide ad copy and landing page direction with the Creative Strategist.
• Translate data into honest updates and actionable plans.
