Job summary

Headway is seeking a Senior Operations Associate to design and scale core workflows impacting patients and providers nationwide. You will build scalable processes, identify efficiency opportunities, and lead cross-functional initiatives with product, engineering, payer and CX teams to meet team OKRs.

Your work will emphasize data-driven analysis, proactive problem solving, and collaboration across departments to deliver robust operational solutions and automation.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, operations, investment banking, or related fields; startup ops a plus.
• Self-starter who consistently pushes toward clarity and execution.
• Highly data-driven with ability to conduct complex analyses and derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive the build, execution, monitoring, and ongoing implementation of scalable products and processes to address core business challenges.
• Leverage operational expertise to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and automation.
• Support and lead cross‑functional efforts with product, engineering, payer, and CX teams to drive core ops processes and achieve team OKRs.

Qualifications

• 3‑5 years of experience in consulting, operations, investment banking, or related fields; operations experience at a high‑growth startup is a plus.
• Self‑starter who consistently pushes toward clarity and execution.
• Highly data‑driven with the ability to conduct complex analyses and derive actionable insights.
• Crowd collaborator who proactively partners across teams while holding others and yourself accountable for business results.
• Systems thinker who is inclined to solve problems with product and automation.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected base pay range for this position is $76,160 – $112,000, based on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the role may be eligible for an equity grant.
