N-iX is seeking a consultant with OpenText Content Server expertise to lead discovery, design and configuration efforts in Content Server/Extended ECM environments. You will map business needs to technical configurations, manage workflows, and ensure compliance and data governance across ERP integrations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, risk identification, and delivering implementable requirements for deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience with OpenText Content Server / Extended ECM environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Content Server configurations.
• Experience configuring workspaces, folders, categories, attributes and metadata.
• Knowledge of permissions and role-based access models.
• Understanding of document lifecycle, versioning and audit trails.
• Familiarity with search configuration and findability principles.
• Experience designing and configuring workflows.
• Migration preparation: mapping, cleansing, validation and test migration.
• Integration knowledge with ERP, SharePoint, Office 365, email and file shares.
• Insight into records management, retention and compliance requirements.
