Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a Senior Sales Leader for onshore wind, based in the United Kingdom, with responsibility for growing the wind solutions business across Poland, the Baltic states, and Eastern Europe. The role is remote with frequent travel and cross-functional collaboration to shape competitive proposals and close strategic deals.

You will guide customers through ITO cycles, translate market needs into opportunities, and partner with Operations, Engineering, and Finance to meet sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Extensive wind power sales experience with a track record of targets.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Willingness to travel ~30%.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onshore wind turbine sales across Poland, Baltic states, and Eastern Europe.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Provide commercial and technical guidance to customers, positioning products and services competitively.
• Identify, develop, negotiate, and close sales opportunities with a healthy pipeline.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Technical Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Project Management to develop competitive proposals.
• Manage the Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) process for assigned accounts and ensure pricing, profitability, and terms are clear.
• Represent the business at industry trade shows, conferences, and events to strengthen relationships.
