Job summary

Incubyte Consulting LLP seeks a Software Craftsperson with 6+ years in Node.js and SaaS to build high-quality systems. You will own full-stack work, from front-end to DevOps, in a remote-first setting.

Collaborate with a product team, write tests first, and deliver frequent, small releases while embracing feedback and continuous learning. Excellence, craftsmanship, and strong collaboration define our approach at Incubyte.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of expertise in Node.js and SaaS development.
• Strong OO programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering methods.
• Experience with Agile and XP in continuous deployment environments.
• Interest in mastering web server ecosystems, relational DBMS, TDD, and CI tools.
• Experience with server configuration/deployments and version control.

Responsibilities

• Write tests first to ensure quality.
• Deliver clean, self-explanatory code with predictable results.
• Make frequent, small releases.
• Pair program to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product Team to roll out features and fixes.
• Own full stack including infrastructure and DevOps pipelines.
• Commit to continuous learning and improvement.
