Job summary

Incubyte Consulting LLP is a remote-first software craft consultancy seeking a Software Craftsperson with 2+ years of full-stack experience in Node.js and React.js. You’ll work in an AI-native development model, pairing with teammates to deliver reliable systems in slow-and-steady increments while embracing continuous learning and ownership.

You’ll write tests first, deliver frequent releases, and own features from frontend to DevOps, collaborating with product teams to ship high-quality

Job Description

This is a remote position.

Experience Level

This role is ideal for engineer s with 2 + years of full-stack software development experience , with a strong developer mindset and hands‑on experience building and maintaining production systems. You should be comfortable working i n the Pacific Standard Time zone.

An experienced individual contributor who thrives in ownership-driven environments , can operate effectively with minimal oversight, and is comfortable working in the absence of a traditional Product Manager while demonstrating a strong product mindset .

• Write Tests First : Start by writing tests to ensure code quality

Requirements

WhatYou’llBring

• 2+ years ofexpertisein Node,React.js, Typescript(Must have)
• CI tools we use: Github Actions
• working with LLM/agent SDKs and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Good to have: Chrome extension development experience
• Expertisein object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering methodologies
• Experience working in Agile andeXtremeProgramming methodologies in a continuous deployment environment
• Interest in mastering technologies like web server ecosystems, relational DBMS, TDD, CI tools like Jenkins, Hudson, and Bamboo, web frameworks and front-end technologies, complexity analysis, and performance optimization
• Working knowledge of server configuration/deployment infrastructure
• Experience using source control and bug tracking systems, writing user stories, and technical documentation
