Job summary

Signify in Piła (Poland) is seeking a Networking Engineer – Core Infrastructure Services to join the Global Network Services team on site. You will maintain Signify's global network, focusing on LAN, wireless, switching, and monitoring to ensure secure, reliable connectivity across locations worldwide.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering, hands-on network experience, and proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Experience supporting enterprise networking environments.
• Hands-on experience with LAN, WAN, wireless networking, routing, switching, and network administration.
• Experience supporting enterprise monitoring platforms such as SolarWinds or similar network management tools.
• Fluency in English is required.

• Perform incident management, request fulfillment, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for network-related issues.
• Configure and support network switches, wireless access points, and enterprise network infrastructure components.

• Execute infrastructure changes and operational improvements while following established change management procedures.
• Support network implementation projects, infrastructure upgrades, site deployments, and enterprise connectivity initiatives.

This position is responsible for supporting and maintaining Signify's global network infrastructure, ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing connectivity across enterprise locations worldwide.

In this role you'll focus on LAN, wireless networking, switching, monitoring, operational support, and infrastructure troubleshooting while helping establish Signify's in-house global network services organization.
