Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to support enterprise network infrastructure and manage BAU operations in a hybrid work arrangement based in Poland. The ideal candidate will have 5–10+ years of experience in a large enterprise environment with deep technical knowledge of Cisco networking solutions and strong experience with Arista network equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and fluency in English are required. This role also involves acting as a backup for a current network engineer on the BCCM Program.

Hourly Rate:up to 215 PLN + VAT

Work arrangement: hybrid, two days per week in Warsaw office.

For client we realize a recruitment process for Senior Network Engineer position.

We are currently looking for a Senior Network Engineer to support business network requirements in both project-based work and BAU (Business as Usual) operations. This role will also serve as a backfill for a network engineer currently assigned to the BCCM Program.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across multiple projects and day‑to‑day operations.
• Act as a backup resource for the network engineer on the BCCM Program.
• Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain network components (primarily Cisco and Arista).
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure network security best practices, especially within DMZ environments.
• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders in a large-scale enterprise environment.

Requirements:

• 5–10+ years of hands‑on experience as a Network Engineer in a large enterprise environment.
• Deep technical knowledge of Cisco networking solutions (routing, switching, firewalls, etc.).
• Strong experience with Arista network equipment and configurations.
• Solid understanding of network and security concepts in DMZ architectures.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to Have:

• Relevant certifications (CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent).
• Experience with automation or scripting tools for network management.
