Job summary

HCLTech is seeking seasoned network professionals to manage and optimize enterprise network services from Warsaw. You will perform proactive health reviews, implement enhanced monitoring, and lead incident response with clear RCA and corrective actions.

The role requires CCNP/CCSE/CCP-N certification or equivalent expertise in routing, switching, WAN/SD-WAN, and cloud networking, with hands-on scripting in Python/Ansible. Collaboration with vendors and mentoring of junior engineers are key.

Qualifications

• CCNP/CCSE/CCP-N certification is required or highly preferred.
• Extensive hands-on experience with routing, switching, WAN/SD-WAN and cloud networking.
• Strong RCA capabilities and advanced troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily health reviews across all in-scope network services and record findings, risks and preventive actions.
• Enhance monitoring for user-facing services, focusing on Wi-Fi, VPN, and branch connectivity.
• Lead high-priority incident response end to end with diagnostics, restoration, and RCA.
• Provide diagnostic tooling, runbooks, and reliable data for incident handling.
• Deliver contractual scope with traceable evidence of activity and coverage.
• Maintain Warsaw-based capacity and mentor L1 engineers in India.
