Job summary

ERP League is seeking a Senior Oracle NetSuite Functional Consultant to lead and deliver NetSuite ERP implementations and optimizations for clients. You will gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and mentor junior team members while working closely with clients and cross-functional teams.

This role requires deep NetSuite knowledge across R2R, P2P, O2C, and related modules, with occasional travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Hands-on NetSuite consulting experience and delivery expertise.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead teams on client projects.
• Strong documentation and requirements-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver NetSuite implementations and optimizations for clients.
• Capture requirements, map processes, and document functional specs.
• Design scalable NetSuite solutions across inventory, manufacturing, supply chain, and order management.
• Configure modules and manage end-to-end testing, UAT, and cutover.
• Collaborate with tech teams on integrations and automations.
• Train users and support UAT; mentor junior consultants.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales engagements as needed.
