Job summary

Spyrosoft Ltd in Wrocław, Poland, is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a team delivering ERP and HR solutions. You will work across backend, frontend, and database layers using .NET, React, and SQL to evolve the product.

Experience with WinForms/WPF is a plus; involvement in Azure, CI/CD, and agile practices is valued. You will collaborate with Product Owners, designers, and engineers to deliver effective, scalable software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET platform (.NET Framework, .NET Core).
• Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL).
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud solutions; Scrum/Agile environments; Git.
• Knowledge of software design patterns and testing (unit, integration, automated tests).
• English proficiency at a minimum B1/B2 level; Polish at least B2.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join a team developing business applications that support HR processes for a leading provider of ERP and HR solutions in the Polish market. You will work across backend, frontend, and database layers, using .NET, React, and SQL to develop and evolve the product. Experience with desktop technologies such as WinForms or WPF will be an advantage due to parts of the existing solution using these technologies. You will collaborate with Product Owners, designers, and engineers, contribute to technical decisions, and help deliver solutions that address real business needs.
