Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking an experienced Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain backend microservices using C#.NET in a Hitachi Global Air Power transformation context. You will work with .NET Core/5+, RESTful APIs, and SQL Server, leveraging EF Core and Azure services for cloud deployments.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of backend experience, strong OOP/SOLID, and hands-on Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and testing with NUnit/xUnit/MSTest.

Qualifications

• 6+ years backend development with C#.NET
• Deep knowledge of C#, .NET Core/5+ and OOP/SOLID
• Experience with Azure Cloud services for backend
• Proficient in RESTful API design and security
• SQL Server and EF Core expertise
• CI/CD and automated testing in .NET
• Strong problem solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend microservices
• Ensure scalability, reliability and security
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps and QA teams
• Implement testing, monitoring and performance tuning
• Optimize data access patterns and caching
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines and code reviews
