Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced Senior Application Engineer to join the OPERA EVO project, focusing on deployments, environment management, CI/CD, and operational support across multiple environments.

The role requires strong ASP.NET and IIS administration skills, hands-on Azure DevOps experience, and a track record with enterprise-scale applications. You will work remotely from Poland on a B2B contract model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT.
• Minimum 3 years in application administration, deployment, DevOps, or release management.
• Experience with enterprise-scale or mission-critical applications.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with IIS and ASP.NET administration.
• Knowledge of Git, Active Directory, Group Policies, Service Accounts, and Windows security concepts.
• English level B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain application releases across Development, Test, Training, and Production environments.
• Manage application configuration and environment setup.
• Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines.
• Administer and troubleshoot ASP.NET applications hosted on Microsoft IIS.
• Provide 2nd line application support and incident resolution.
• Monitor application health, logs, and performance.
• Support release management, upgrades, and security patching.
