Job summary

Svitla Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior .NET Developer (AI/ML Integration) for a full-time role in Poland. You will split time between maintaining legacy .NET Framework 4.8 systems and integrating AI features across our products, collaborating with teams in India, the US, and Poland.

The role requires hands-on Python and cloud experience, strong architectural skills, and the ability to work across time zones. Flexible remote or office-based work is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with .NET / C# including .NET Framework 4.8.
• Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, async patterns.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models or APIs into applications.
• Experience with AI/ML pipelines (LLM integrations, RAG, rec systems).
• Cloud experience (Azure preferred).
• Hands-on Python experience and async, distributed collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using .NET Framework 4.8.
• Architect and implement AI/ML-powered features (LLM, RAG, recommendations).
• Integrate with AI APIs and platforms (OpenAI, Azure AI, etc.).
• Support legacy .NET Framework 4.8 apps and migrate where needed.
• Own technical decisions across design, dev, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with product/data teams across time zones.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical direction.
