Svitla Systems, Inc. in Poland is seeking a Senior .NET Developer (AI/ML Integration) to join a globally distributed team. You will split time between maintaining legacy .NET Framework 4.8 systems and designing AI-powered features, including AI APIs and LLM integrations.

The role offers a flexible hybrid work format with occasional visits to the Gdansk office, and requires strong backend skills, cloud experience (Azure preferred), and effective asynchronous collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional .NET / C# experience, including legacy .NET Framework 4.8.
• Strong understanding of microservices and REST API design.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models or APIs into applications.
• Cloud experience with Azure preferred for .NET stack.
• Excellent written and async collaboration across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using .NET Framework 4.8 (legacy).
• Architect and implement AI/ML powered features and AI API integrations.
• Integrate with AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure AI, etc.).
• Support and evolve legacy applications while driving modernizations.
• Collaborate across India, East Coast, and West Coast time zones and mentor peers.
