Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with C# and .NET Core.
• Experience with messaging platforms, preferably Kafka.
• Knowledge of containers, preferably Kubernetes.
• Experience with Agile, test-driven development and DevOps practices.
• Strong code quality: Clean Code and engineering best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with curiosity to learn.
• English proficiency at least B2.
• Interest in business operations and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Create, build and enhance digital products and technology services for clients and employees.
• Apply software engineering practices including analyzing user needs, building features, testing and deployment.
• Ensure quality, security, reliability and compliance by following digital principles.
• Embed observability, monitor production health, resolve incidents and address root causes.
• Understand and represent client needs; collaborate with colleagues and support hiring.
• Deliver a scalable Multi-Asset Portfolio Management and Trading platform; work in an agile pod.
