Job summary

Aras Corporation in Poland is seeking a highly technical Senior FullStack/Cloud Software Engineer to join a 5-engineer product team as an individual contributor. The role is centered on .NET application development, with strong expectations around cloud-native delivery and modern DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, backend focus on .NET.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar scripting.
• Hands-on Azure cloud experience incl compute, storage, networking.
• Strong Kubernetes/AKS experience.
• CI/CD pipelines experience, preferably Azure DevOps.
• Strong debugging and production troubleshooting skills.
• Clear communicator with bias toward ownership and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve backend services in .NET for a production SaaS platform.
• Design and implement cloud-native apps on Azure; AKS deployment is a plus.
• Own end-to-end delivery in Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, testing, release management.
• Build and maintain internal tooling (PowerShell-based).
• Manage infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar).
• Drive production readiness: security, observability, reliability, performance.
• Uphold code quality and testing standards.
• Participate in L3 on-call rotation for incident triage and RC.
• Contribute to front-end features (React/TypeScript) as needed, mainly backend.
