Job summary

TPConnects, a leading SaaS travel technology company, is expanding its Product & Engineering team in Warsaw. We are seeking a product leader with deep NDC knowledge to define and execute the roadmap for airline distribution capabilities.

You will collaborate with airline customers, distribution partners, and internal teams to turn complex industry standards into scalable platform features. You will own the product strategy, manage priorities, and drive delivery of MVPs aligned with business

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in airline distribution or travel technology.
• Deep understanding of IATA NDC concepts and airline distribution workflows.
• Strong familiarity with airline commercial and distribution needs, including channel strategy.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, and platform-based products.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for IATA NDC capabilities.
• Translate airline needs into a coherent product strategy and backlog.
• Lead refinement of new NDC features with input from partners and engineering.
• Drive MVPs and MMFs to deliver measurable value for airlines and partners.
• Mentor colleagues and share knowledge across the Astra NDC product team.
