Job summary

TPConnects in Warsaw seeks a Technical Product Manager with strong API integration experience to lead product delivery for airline distribution. You will bridge business partners and engineering to ship scalable, API-driven products, with a deep understanding of NDC and distribution flows.

Qualifications

5+ years in the Airline/Distribution sector.
5 years of product management or related roles.
Hands-on API experience.
Strong understanding of NDC and distribution flows.
Knowledge of airline PSS, fares, ticketing, interline & codeshare concepts.
Experience in Agile environments (JIRA/Confluence).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Shape the product vision and roadmap; communicate with stakeholders, partners, and customers.
Perform market research to assess new features.
Prioritize based on customer and market needs.
Refine new features with input from customers and technical teams.
Define clear product requirements and acceptance criteria with measurable outcomes.
Maintain a prioritized backlog for development.
Ensure features meet acceptance criteria and transition to MMF/MVP.
Measure feature success and identify opportunities for improvement.
Share domain knowledge to upskill peers.
