Job summary

Sii Poland looks for a Senior Control Engineer to design and maintain MLSL applications for MV Drive Control systems powering AC areas. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to translate requirements into software specifications, develop control algorithms in MATLAB/Simulink, and validate them on Real-Time platforms.

Strong experience with ABB control platforms and Control Builder is essential, as is advanced English for cross‑site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or Control Engineering.
• Strong expertise in MATLAB and Simulink for control algorithms.
• Deep knowledge of Medium Voltage Drives and drive control systems.
• Experience with ABB control platforms and Control Builder.
• Proven ability to develop and optimize industrial drive control strategies.
• Professional English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain MLSL applications for MV Drive Control systems.
• Analyze requirements and translate to software specifications.
• Develop and validate control algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink.
• Configure and test control logic on ABB platforms.
• Support integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with electrical, control, and power electronics teams.
• Perform simulations, verification, and validation on RT platforms.
