Asana's Mobile Group in Warsaw is seeking an Engineering Group Lead to guide a team of 4 Engineering Managers and about 35 engineers responsible for iOS, Android, and Desktop apps. You will own technical direction and leadership development.

Based in the Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule, this role offers a Contract of Employment in Poland and opportunities to shape site strategy while growing leaders across the Mobile Group.

Qualifications

• Experience managing 30+ engineers and managers.
• Hands-on shipping mobile applications.
• Ability to navigate high-complexity environments and ownership bias.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop 4 Engineering Managers and ~35 engineers for iOS, Android, and Desktop apps.
• Own technical direction and execution of the Mobile Group.
• Partner with Product and Design to shape a multi-product mobile strategy.
• Manage relationships across the organization, unblock blockers, and drive clarity in fast-moving contexts.
• Grow leaders in the Warsaw site and support site strategy and operations.
