Asana's Mobile Group in Warsaw leads the iOS, Android, and Desktop apps with ~35 engineers and 4 Engineering Managers. You will own technical direction, coaching, and career growth while aligning the team with product strategy.

In this Warsaw-based, office-centric hybrid role, you will drive high-quality mobile experiences, remove blockers, and partner with Product and Design to shape a multi-product mobile strategy and grow leaders on your team.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience managing people managers and accountability for a sizable engineering organization (30+ engineers).
• Hands-on experience shipping mobile applications.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and drive forward in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to engage across teams and present strategy to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Engineering Managers and ~35 engineers, owning hiring, performance, and career growth.
• Drive delivery of high-quality mobile experiences across products and ship to production.
• Develop multi-product mobile strategy with Product and Design leadership.
• Own relationships across the organization, remove blockers, create clarity in a fast-moving environment.
• Serve as senior leader at the Warsaw site, growing other leaders in Warsaw.
