Asana is seeking a seasoned Engineering Group Lead for the Mobile Group in Warsaw. You will lead 4 Engineering Managers and ~35 engineers across iOS, Android, and Desktop, shaping technical direction and growing leaders.

You will also align Warsaw site strategy with senior leadership and drive multi-product mobile initiatives. You should have a track record of managing managers, hands-on mobile shipping, and a bias for ownership in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing people managers and a sizable engineering org (30+ engineers).
• Recent hands-on experience shipping mobile applications.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Engineering Managers and ~35 engineers, owning hiring, performance, and career growth across the Mobile Group.
• Drive the delivery of high-quality mobile experiences across products, ensuring code quality and customer satisfaction in production.
• Develop a multi-product mobile strategy with Product and Design leaders, leveraging shared platform investments.
• Own relationships across the organization, remove blockers, and create clarity in a fast-moving environment with parallel workstreams.
• Serve as a senior leader at the Warsaw site, supporting operational, cultural, and cross-functional needs while growing other leaders.
