Job summary

eConsulting is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own end-to-end deployment of AI models for geospatial data at scale from Warsaw. You will shape real-time services and transform hundreds of millions of rows into reliable outputs, leveraging Ray Serve, AWS, and modern MLOps practices.

You'll collaborate with data scientists and platform engineers, driving production readiness, monitoring, and CI/CD integration to maintain robust, scalable ML solutions in a hybrid Warsaw

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Python in a professional ML/engineering context.
• Strong data engineering, SQL, and orchestration with Airflow/Spark.
• Experience deploying and operating ML models in production.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals and collaborative coding.
• Hands-on MLOps and CI/CD experience.
• Excellent communication with data scientists and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own deployment of new risk models and scores into production on Ray Serve.
• Work with large-scale data sets and build custom workflows on existing platform foundations.
• Own data transformation pipelines for geospatial maps to modelling attributes.
• Collaborate with platform and infra engineers for reliable running on large data sets.
• Embed MLOps and CI/CD best practices into the Insurance AI workflow.
