deepsense.ai is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to work on cutting-edge GenAI and LLM projects from a remote Poland location. You will build and optimize ML/LLM pipelines, integrate models into production, and work with LangChain, RAG, and various ML frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ML engineering and production model work.
• Hands-on expertise with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI, including integration and inference optimization.
• Familiarity with tools for building and orchestrating LLM pipelines (LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, agent frameworks).
• Ability to design end-to-end ML/LLM pipelines from data prep to production-grade APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI services (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML).
• Working knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace).
• Fluent Python and experience deploying and monitoring models (MLOps CI/CD, logging, observability).
• Strong communication and collaboration with data scientists and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Build ML/LLM pipelines and integrate models into production systems.
• Optimize latency and cost considerations for GenAI workloads.
• Collaborate across data science, software, and MLOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Experiment with prompt engineering and model tuning to maximize performance.
