Job summary

LIPTON Teas & Infusions is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Data & AI) to shape and deliver advanced ML capabilities within the Data & AI team. You will lead end-to-end ML pipelines and drive standards while mentoring the ML chapter and collaborating with stakeholders across domains such as computer vision, forecasting and LLM-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or software engineering.
• Advanced proficiency with Python and production-scale ML.
• Strong experience with Azure and Databricks in production environments.
• Experience with PySpark, SQL, Git, and GitHub Actions.
• Experience delivering end-to-end ML solutions across CV, forecasting, classification, or LLM-enabled workflows.
• Ability to define standards, build reusable foundations, and mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end ML pipelines for training, inference, evaluation, and deployment.
• Act as a technical lead for the ML chapter and enforce standards and best practices.
• Drive ML use cases across computer vision, forecasting, classification, and LLM-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams in Scrum to shape solutions.
• Design and improve engineering standards for reproducibility, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintainability.
• Develop APIs, orchestration layers, and internal tools for ML-enabled solutions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and share knowledge across the team.
• Improve the Data & AI foundation through experimentation and delivery excellence.
