Job summary

LIPTON Teas & Infusions is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to build and operationalize ML solutions across the Data & AI landscape, using Databricks and Azure as core delivery platforms. You will contribute independently to model-oriented and engineering-oriented work, bridging experimentation and production.

You will join a Scrum team of data engineers and analysts to translate business requirements into scalable ML workflows, with emphasis on maintainability and reproducibility across

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, software engineering, or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, mathematics, or related field.
• Strong experience in Python.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ML pipelines for training, inference, evaluation, and data preparation.
• Develop solutions across use cases such as computer vision, forecasting, classification, and anomaly-related workflows.
• Integrate LLMs into pipelines and workflow steps where they create practical business value.
• Build and maintain supporting APIs, jobs, and orchestration layers for ML-enabled applications.
• Use Databricks and AzureML to manage environments, runs, data pipelines, and deployment paths.
• Contribute to engineering quality through version control, CI/CD, testing, packaging, and containerization.
• Work in Scrum with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders in a multi-disciplinary team to convert business requirements into ML solutions.
• Help improve team practices around maintainability, deployment, and reproducibility.
