Job summary

Grid Dynamics in Poland is seeking an experienced ML Engineer to join a strategic squad building next-generation intelligent agent infrastructure for the world’s largest home improvement retailer. You will tackle end-to-end AI solutions, from MCP design to secure deployments across cloud environments.

The role emphasizes Python-based AI development, MCP actions, IaC with Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines while ensuring enterprise security and observability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on cloud & AI software engineering experience.
• Proven experience deploying intelligent agents on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong Python programming for AI development and data processing.
• Experience with MCP design and tool execution.
• Experience with IaC (Terraform) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
• Enterprise cloud security knowledge: Workload Identity Federation, RBAC, Open Policy Agent (OPA), VPC, private endpoints.
• Experience with AI observability and monitoring tools.
• Experience with messaging frameworks and NoSQL stores (Pub/Sub, Elasticsearch, BigTable).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable AI agent infrastructure on GCP.
• Build and manage MCP actions with safe model execution boundaries.
• Establish IAM frameworks, token management, RBAC, and cross-cloud alignment.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines and IaC using Terraform and GitHub Actions.
• Develop event-driven data pipelines using Pub/Sub, Python, Elasticsearch, and BigTable.
• Implement observability and alerting with OpenTelemetry, Grafana, LangSmith, PagerDuty.
