Job summary

Grid Dynamics in Kraków is seeking an experienced ML Engineer to join a strategic squad building next-generation intelligent agent infrastructure for a world‑leading home improvement retailer. You will design, develop, and operate enterprise-grade AI apps and autonomous agents using Vertex AI, ADK, and MCP actions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud & AI Software Engineering, with a strong focus on operationalizing production AI/ML systems on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proven experience building and deploying intelligent agents using Vertex AI, Agent Engine, and the Google Cloud ADK.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable AI agent infrastructure on GCP using Vertex AI, ADK, and Agentspace.
• Build, deploy, and manage MCP actions with safe, deterministic model execution boundaries.
• Establish IAM frameworks including Workload Identity Federation, RBAC, and cross-cloud alignment.
• Operationalize AI solutions by designing CI/CD pipelines, compliance checks, and IaC using Terraform and GitHub Actions.
• Develop event-driven data pipelines with Google Pub/Sub, Python, Elasticsearch, and BigTable.
• Implement observability with OpenTelemetry, Grafana, LangSmith, and automated alerts.
• Enforce policy-as-code and secure endpoints across GKE and containerized environments.
