B. Braun Group in Poland is seeking an ERP developer to contribute to a strategic Dynamics 365 FSCM implementation, integrating Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehousing and Sales. You will design, develop and maintain FSCM solutions and build scalable integrations across systems.

Qualifications

• 4+ years ERP development experience, incl 3+ years with Dynamics 365 FSCM.
• Experience with REST APIs, OData and Data Entities.
• Strong AL/X++ development skills and knowledge of FSCM architecture.
• Good understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain processes.

Responsibilities

About The Role

Join a strategic ERP transformation program focused on integrating and standardizing business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehousing, and Sales. You will play a key role in building a scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM platform supporting business growth and operational excellence.

Duties and responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM.
• Build integrations with internal and external systems using REST APIs, OData, Data Entities and Azure services.
• Drive business process integration and optimization across the organization.
• Develop scalable, upgrade-friendly customizations following Microsoft best practices.
• Optimize system performance, reports, integrations and batch processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and specifications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Functional Consultants and business stakeholders.

Professional competencies

• 4+ years of ERP development experience, including 3+ years with Dynamics 365 F&O/FSCM.
• Solid experience with REST APIs, 0Data, Data Entitles and Azure services.
• Strong AL/X++ development skills and knowledge of D365 FSCM architecture.
• Experience in ERP performance optimization and troubleshooting
• Understanding Finance and/or Supply Chain business processes.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Experience with Business Events and Data Management Framework would be considered as a plus.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD and release management would be considered as a plus.
• Nice to have: Dual-write and Dataverse experience, Power Platform knowledge, Azure Integration Services experience, International ERP rollout experience.

Salary range: 20.000 - 23.000 PLN gross monthly.
