B. Braun Melsungen AG is seeking an ERP Dynamics 365 FSCM developer for our hybrid role in Poznań.

You will design, implement and optimize FSCM solutions, build integrations via REST APIs and data entities, and collaborate across Finance, Supply Chain and IT to drive a scalable ERP landscape. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years ERP development experience (3+ with Dynamics 365 FSCM/F&O), strong AL/X++ skills, and English proficiency for global teamwork.

Qualifications

• ERP development experience with Dynamics 365 FSCM (F&O).
• Strong AL/X++ development skills and FSCM architecture knowledge.
• Experience building integrations via REST APIs and OData.
• Proficient with Azure services and data management.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD and release management.
• English proficiency for collaboration with global teams.

About the Role

Join a strategic ERP transformation program focused on integrating and standardizing business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehousing, and Sales. You will play a key role in building a scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM platform supporting business growth and operational excellence.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM.
• Build integrations with internal and external systems using REST APIs, OData, DataEntities and Azure services.
• Drive business process integration and optimization across the organization.
• Develop scalable, upgrade-friendly customizations following Microsoft best practices.
• Optimize system performance, reports, integrations and batch processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and specifications.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Functional Consultants and business stakeholders.
• Support Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, deployments and production issueresolution.
• 4+ years of ERP development experience, including 3+ years with Dynamics 365F&O/FSCM.
• Solid experience with REST APIs, 0Data, Data Entitles and Azure services.
• Strong AL/X++ development skills and knowledge of D365 FSCM architecture.
• Experience in ERP performance optimization and troubleshooting
• Understanding Finance and/or Supply Chain business processes.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Experience with Business Events and Data Management Framework would be considered as a plus.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD and release management would be considered as a plus.
• Nice to have: Dual-write and Dataverse experience, Power Platform knowledge, Azure Integration Services experience, International ERP rollout experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ownership mindset, documentation discipline, and ability to work independently in a cloud-first agile environment.
