Your role

As aSenior Microsoft Business Applications & AI Engineer, you sit at the intersection of enterprise engineering and intelligent automation. You lead the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions — integrating AI capabilities that drive measurable business impact for global clients. Your technical decisions directly shape Capgemini's Microsoft CX practice and the digital experiences of millions of end users.

Your project

You will join Capgemini's Digital Customer Experience (DCX) practice - one of the largest Salesforce delivery teams in Poland. We work across the full Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Industry Clouds) and deliver to clients from financial services, telco, utilities, manufacturing, retail, life sciences, and the public sector. You will be assigned to a project that best matches your domain background and career direction.
