Syneos Health Poland sp. z o.o. is seeking a Principal Medical Writer / Sr Principal Medical Writer dedicated to sponsor projects. The role leads complex medical writing deliverables and guides study teams on data presentation, regulatory standards, and client expectations across global trials.

The candidate will mentor junior writers, oversee document quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant submissions and high-quality publication materials.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in science, technical, or medical writing.
• Extensive experience in biopharmaceutical, device, or CRO industry.
• Advanced understanding of FDA and ICH regulations and guidelines and/or good publication practices.
• Extensive knowledge of English grammar and AMA Manual of Style.

Responsabilités

• Leads the clear and accurate completion of complex medical writing deliverables.
• Manages medical writing activities across studies with minimal supervision.
• Adheres to regulatory standards and client templates, on time and on budget.
• Mentors and leads less experienced medical writers on complex documents.
