Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Manifold Senior Engineer to lead the design and delivery of advanced manifold systems. You will develop mechanical designs, create CAD models and drawings in Creo, and collaborate with global teams from concept through fabrication.

The role emphasizes safety, cost efficiency, and manufacturability while aligning with international codes and project schedules, with opportunities to influence energy technology projects globally.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical design background with experience in complex components and assemblies.
• Experience developing manufacturing documentation using Creo and 3D CAD tools.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams across design, procurement, manufacturing and testing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define technical requirements based on customer specs and project needs, ensuring codes and contractual compliance.
• Lead design development with 3D CAD, calculations, and drawings from concept to fabrication.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop concepts and align interfaces for manifolds.
• Present engineering solutions and design outcomes during reviews to aid decision-making.
• Guide engineering suppliers, reviewing deliverables to meet technical specs and obligations.
• Support procurement, manufacturing, testing, and project execution with engineering input.
• Create parts and assemblies using Creo CAD, delivering manufacturable, safe designs.
• Own deliverables and support project objectives, maintaining quality, safety, cost, and schedule.
