Job summary

Arup in Poland is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the mechanical design of HVAC systems for complex projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, drive BIM-based design processes, and contribute to high-quality, sustainable built environments.

You will mentor junior engineers and engage with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery across the project lifecycle in a truly international setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Services Engineering.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer in Poland or pursuing chartership.
• Experience leading mechanical design teams on Data Centres and Science & Industry projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive the delivery of mechanical design packages across the full project lifecycle.
• Lead, coach, and review a team of engineers to high technical standards.
• Design HVAC systems in a BIM environment.
