Job summary

ARUP POLSKA sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to drive mechanical design across the full lifecycle. You will design HVAC systems in BIM, lead a team of engineers, and coordinate with architects, clients, and authorities to ensure timely delivery.

You will mentor junior engineers, uphold high quality standards, and contribute to Arup’s expertise in sustainable building design throughout data centres and other projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Services Engineering.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer in Poland or working towards chartership.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of mechanical design packages across the project lifecycle.
• Lead and review engineers' work to high technical and quality standards.
• Design HVAC systems in a BIM environment.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers.
• Collaborate with architects, clients, and authorities to keep delivery moving.
