Job summary

BeamNG GmbH is seeking a Senior Marketing, PR & Communications Specialist to lead creative campaigns, messaging, and media relations in a remote-first, international team. You will shape communications for players, media, creators, partners, and the gaming community across multiple channels and regions.

You will drive integrated campaigns, develop compelling narratives for product updates, and coordinate with a diverse team to extend BeamNG's reach and engagement worldwide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in marketing, PR, communications, or similar roles, ideally in gaming.
• Strong understanding of videogame marketing and creator ecosystems.
• Fluent written and spoken English; other languages a plus.
• Experience planning and leading campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Meta, YouTube, Discord, Steam.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated marketing, PR, and communications campaigns across channels.
• Develop messaging and narratives for product updates, newsletters, storefronts, social media.
• Build relationships with media, journalists, creators, and partners.
• Plan initiatives to grow audiences and community engagement.
• Coordinate content production for promotional assets, ensuring on-brand quality.
• Monitor campaign performance, media coverage, and audience trends.
• Support day-to-day marketing, PR, and community operations and workflows.
